The Hotel Grand *** is situated in the centre of Jindrichuv Hradec at south Bohemia. Is not far from a renaissance castle. History of the Grand Hotel, which was previously called the „Black Donkey Tavern“ goes back as far as the 17th century. It is the oldest tavern in this city in which a lot of important guests stayed overnight in the past. Except the others in 1872 stayed here Bedrich Smetana and in our times stay here Mr. Vaclav Havel the President of Czech republic.
