was given to running in November 1965. In 1976 the building was adapted to the hotel named according to friend town in Italy Alessandria. The hotel belonged among Interhotels Čedok until the privatization in 1992. In 1992 hotel was sold to the company Alessandria ltd. constructed with hotel employers.Since August 1999 Mr. Adel Hakkouk from Syria has been the new owner of the hotel.
